Alrighty, well this here page is about Plants, the Plantae Kingdom.
Like fungi, there are way too many plants to talk about every one, so I'll focus on one, the Crucifix Orchid (Epidendrum secundum)
Orchids belong to the phylum Magnoliophyta. Orchids are literally everywhere. With between 21,950 and 26,049 currently know species, it is though to be the most wide spread flower species.
Like most plant species, it uses it's pollen to reproduce. The Stamin collects the pollen from the air, or from an animal pollenating it, fertilizing the eggs inside the flower, and growing into a new one.
An intersting tidbit about orchids is that though orchids are known to grow on trees or other plants, they are not parasites. They only use the trees for support. They do not take nutrients from them.
