So this one's about Eubacteria, every other kind of bacteria besides Archaea Bacteria:
.)Well they come in 3 shapes: Rod, Sphere, and Spiral
.)There are 10 times more kinds of bacteria in the human body than number of cells
.)Most of the bacteria are harmless, but a few are actually beneficial (the bacteria in the digestive tract)
.)Some even cause infectious diseases, including cholera, syphilis, anthrax, leprosy and the bubonic plague.
.) Though they cause horrible diseases, antibacterials can kill them (hence the anti- part)
.)Though they can do all of that, they're only prokaryotes. Meaning they don't have a nucleus.
.)They're only a few micrometers in length, reaaallyyy tiny
.)Bacteria can be used to make different foods, like yogurt and cottage cheese.
.)They can't sexually reproduce, so they use Binary Fission, the process by which they create two identical copies of itself
.)As shown in the picture, they use Cilia or Flagella to move (Cilia pictured)
